You'll work closely with experienced Account Executives and sales leaders while developing the skills required to progress into senior sales roles like: Com's presence across global markets. Prospect & Engage – Identify and connect with strategic business accounts through cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and other outbound strategies.
Drive Pipeline Growth – Generate new sales opportunities and schedule qualified meetings for AEs.
Organize & Track Progress – Maintain an organized book of business and consistently track engagement using CRM tools like Salesforce and HubSpot.




1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a SaaS/tech environment.
~ Fluent Spanish and strong English communication skills (written and verbal) are required.
~ Portuguese is a strong advantage, as it allows coverage of additional markets.
~ Business mindset – you understand how companies operate and can identify customer needs.
