Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and passionate Sales Director to join Supermicro®, a leading global provider of advanced server, storage, and networking solutions. You will manage customer accounts, drive sales through active prospecting, and develop strategic relationships with system integrators, VARs, and OEMs, ensuring exceptional customer service and successful order fulfillment. Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop the Channel Sales team across the Iberia region

Define and execute the channel sales strategy for Iberia

Build, strengthen, and expand relationships with key channel partners, including distributors, VARs, resellers, integrators, and ecosystem partners

Leverage an existing network within the server, storage, data center, and broader IT infrastructure partner landscape to accelerate market penetration and revenue growth

Identify, recruit,



and enable new channel partners aligned with Supermicro’s strategic growth areas

Drive pipeline generation, partner-led opportunities, and revenue execution across the region

Work closely with internal teams including direct sales, business development, marketing, product management, and executive leadership to maximize partner success

Negotiate commercial agreements and business plans with key partners

Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and partner feedback to refine go‑to‑market strategy

Ensure forecast accuracy, disciplined pipeline management, and strong operational execution

Represent Supermicro at key customer and partner meetings, industry events, and executive engagements

Qualifications

Proven experience in a senior channel sales leadership role within the server, storage, enterprise IT, or data center infrastructure industry
