Overview:
As a Clinical Project Manager at ICON, you will be a true cross functional project manager. As a key leader within project delivery, the Project Manager oversees the planning, execution, and completion of global clinical projects, ensuring seamless collaboration across cross-functional teams. The role is accountable for project performance, resource optimization, stakeholder engagement, and delivery of high-quality outcomes aligned with ICON standards and client expectations. This particular role sits within our CNS ICON Biotech Team. Whilst experience of working with biotech clients is idóneo it is not essential. CRO experience essential. Multiple EU locations can be considered with the option of Hybrid or remote working depending on location.
What You Will Do:
Your focus will be on coordinating project and program management delivery, resolving issues, and developing team capability.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and managing detailed clinical project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery.
- Leading cross-functional project teams, coordinating efforts to meet project objectives, and facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
- Monitoring project progress, identifying potential risks and issues, and implementing strategies to address challenges and keep projects on track.
- Engaging with stakeholders to manage expectations, provide updates, and ensure alignment with project goals and organizational objectives.
- Preparing and presenting project reports, status updates, and performance metrics to senior management and other stakeholders.
