Volmi — A Virtuos Studio is an outsourcing company that specializes in game development and game content creation. Over the past 9 years, we have successfully completed over a thousand different projects and have gained considerable experience in creating 2D and 3D art, as well as developing turnkey games. Since 2022, we have been a part of Virtuos, the world’s leading game developer, and have become the first Virtuos studio in Eastern Europe.
In particular, we have contributed to the development of popular games such as Diablo 2: Resurrected, Metro Exodus, Sniper: Ghost Warrior Contracts 2, Smite, Paladins, Gwent: The Witcher Card Game, and Marvel Snap. Therefore our team creates high-end gaming content and games for various Mobile, PC, Console, and VR projects.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?
- Analyze client requirements and research technical solutions for new features and workflows.




- Conduct technical research and create clear, structured documentation.
- Define technical guidelines and asset creation standards for the art team.
- Optimize geometry, materials, shaders, and assets for performance across platforms.
- Ensure technical consistency and visual quality according to platform requirements.
- Collaborate with the team, actively participate in discussions and feedback loops, and deliver high-quality environment assets.

What kind of professional are we looking for?
- Proficiency with Unreal Engine 5.
- Solid understanding of the Nanite and Lumen pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with shader setup, World Partition, and technical documentation.
- Strong and confident English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Ability to communicate effectively with people from different cultural and professional backgrounds.
