Responsibilities
- Conduct threat analysis and risk assessments, derive cybersecurity requirements, and design mitigation solutions.
- Define cybersecurity specifications, technical requirements, events, goals, claims, controls, and requirements for product development and testing.
- Produce ISO 21434 work products and evidence and support compliance with automotive cybersecurity standards.
- Analyze software and system architectures and lead the design of cybersecurity features for automotive projects.
- Monitor cybersecurity information, manage vulnerabilities, and oversee software implementation and verification correctness.
- Support projects throughout requirements, design, development, and testing while collecting evidence of cybersecurity implementation.
- Act as a security assessor, auditor, cybersecurity ambassador, and deputy to the project Security Manager when needed.
- Provide technical expertise to customers and coach development teams and stakeholders in cybersecurity practices.
- Support estimation, training, and improvement of cybersecurity processes for software development in critical environments.
Requirements
- University degree in Engineering.
- 10–15 years of experience in software architecture.
- At least five years of experience with automotive cybersecurity standards, including ISO 21434, ASPICE for Cybersecurity, and UNECE WP.29.
- At least five years of system security experience.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity and automotive industry standards, threat modeling, risk management, security controls, and cryptography.
- Preferred: CISM, CISSP, or similar certification; embedded security experience; functional safety knowledge; software modeling with UML; model development; and AUTOSAR or QNX experience.
