Responsibilities
Design, extend, and operate infrastructure and services across projects.
Build and operate CI/CD pipelines, cloud-native infrastructure, and automation solutions.
Own cross-project infrastructure and tooling for integration and delivery.
Partner with software engineers and business teams to accelerate delivery.
Improve deployment reliability, observability, operational excellence, security, performance, and efficiency.
Prepare concepts to automate complex services, processes, and operating models.
Conduct performance analyses and tuning.
Support incident and problem management from fault analysis through fault clearance.
Lead complex CI/CD initiatives and support development, quality assurance, and product releases.
Requirements
University degree, preferably in computer science or a related field, or several years of software development experience.
Excellent knowledge of modern IT stacks, including test automation, CI/CD, cloud-native systems, and on-premises and off-premises infrastructure.




Solid software engineering background with practical programming experience in Python, Java, or similar languages.
Experience with CI/CD platforms and Infrastructure as Code.
Hands-on experience in software development projects using modern frameworks and high-level programming languages.
Experience operating applications and infrastructure in cloud and/or Kubernetes environments.
Strong automation mindset and passion for reducing manual effort.
Intercultural competence and proficient English at least at B2 level.
Practical experience with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft 365.
Telecommunications, networking, or service provisioning experience is preferred.
Knowledge of TM Forum standards and processes is preferred.
Experience with Camunda-based workflow solutions is preferred.
German language skills are preferred.
