The MIM & MIF Admissions Coordinator Mission is to actively support the MiM / MiF Admissions team in the commercial and recruitment activities, facilitating the attraction, engagement, and conversion of high-caliber international candidates for the MiM and MiF programs. The coordinator acts as a vital commercial partner, managing lead nurturing processes and optimizing administrative workflows to accelerate candidate enrollment and achieve intake targets
We are looking for a temporary employee who can work with us for a 3 Month contract .
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with Associate Directors to coordinate regional recruitment events, corporate info sessions, and national and international school fairs.
- Nurture incoming leads and inquiries (warm prospects) through targeted email campaigns and proactive follow-ups to convert initial interest into submitted applications.
- Prepare regional pipeline summaries and competitor analysis reports for the commercial team to identify recruitment opportunities and support strategic decision-making.




- Act as the primary operational support for Associate Directors during corporate presentations and high-priority networking events.
- Monitor and track candidate progression through the CRM system, identifying bottlenecks in the pipeline to accelerate the admissions decision process.
- Validate submitted application portfolios, ensuring all compliance and qualification benchmarks are met before presenting files to the Admissions Committee.
- Orchestrate scheduling logistics for admissions interviews, matching general candidates with faculty, admissions directors, and alumni across multiple time zones
- Coordinate operational logistics for both virtual and on-campus admissions events (such as Open Houses, Info Sessions, and Assessment Days) to deliver a premium brand experience
- Manage the preparation and distribution of admissions welcome packets, orientation schedules, and enrollment collateral for new intakes
