Lead and own university recruiting strategy and execution across APJ and EMEA, driving proactive workforce planning, demand forecasting, and delivery excellence for multiple business units and geographies.
Serve as a strategic partner to the Director of Global University Programs by helping shape the global university talent agenda, translating priorities into regional execution, and ensuring alignment across global program objectives.
Set strategic vision and direction for sourcing, school strategy, employer branding,



and communications, leveraging inclusive practices, market insights, and innovative AI-enabled and automated recruiting solutions to build future-ready talent pipelines.
Apply AI, automation, and digital recruiting tools responsibly for improving productivity, decision quality, candidate engagement, and process consistency.
Design consistent, engaging candidate and intern experiences across digital, in-person, and hybrid touchpoints to strengthen attraction, engagement, and conversion.
Lead the design and execution of consistent, scalable intern and graduate onboarding and development programs, accountable for budgets, governance, tracking, approvals, and reporting across respective geographies.
