Drive Full-Lifecycle University Hiring:



Own the end-to-end recruitment process for internships and entry-level cohorts, including talent sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and closing top-tier candidates.
Cultivate deep relationships with university departments, career centers, student organizations, and faculty to host high-impact campus events and elevate Appian's employer brand.
Flex Across Talent Initiatives: Pivot seamlessly outside peak campus hiring cycles to support corporate, technical, and specialized hiring needs, as well as talent projects such as interview training programs and candidate experience enhancements.
Partner as a Strategic Advisor: Collaborate directly with hiring managers and senior leaders across departments, utilizing data-driven insights to guide recruiting strategies for early-career and experienced roles alike.
