Director Of Revenue Operations | Based in Barcelona
Kantox is a Barcelona-based fintech acquired by BNP Paribas in 2022. As Director of Revenue Operations, you will sit at the intersection of internal commercial execution and parent company alignment, reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer.
This is not a coordination role. You will own the RevOps function, lead the relationship with BNP Paribas commercial leadership, and drive the commercial initiatives that determine how Kantox scales.
What you will work on
Strategic Leadership
Working hand in hand with the Chief Commercial Officer
Building strategic reviews and recommendations for key meetings including Strategic Reviews with BNP, Kantox Board meetings, and Quarterly Commercial meetings
Ensuring all decisions made in the Commercial leadership team are executed seamlessly, in collaboration with Sales Team Managers
Orchestrating the work of all teams represented in the commercial organisation: Business Development, Sales, Implementation, Customer Success, and Marketing
Managing partnerships with third parties:
animating those partnerships to extract the best of them, defining and executing processes to work efficiently with partners, and leading the training of the commercial team around those partnerships
People Leadership
Leading the Revenue Operations team (current organisation: 1 Sales Operations Specialist, 1 Implementation and Customer Specialist, 1 Marketing Specialist, 2 Quality Assurance Specialists, and 2 Salesforce Developers)
Building and developing your Revenue Operations team: establishing clear career pathways, identifying skill gaps, and driving upskilling in areas like CRM, analytics, and process design
Fostering career development and internal mobility: identifying high-potential team members, creating stretch assignments and mentoring opportunities, and supporting movement across the commercial function
