With more than one million clients across both brands, we have a powerful asset, and we are now looking for someone to lead our CRM strategy across the whole organisation, making the most of that base in a deliberate, coordinated way: combining the right touchpoints at the right moment across email marketing, WhatsApp, in-app notifications, and call centre outreach, among other channels.
Our marketing team works in outcome-based squads, organised around three goals: acquisition, retention, and brand building. The CRM Manager is the owner of the Retention squad and a key contributor across the other two.
As CRM Manager, you will own the customer lifecycle and CRM strategy across both brands,



Elha and Láserum, and across all our markets: keep our client database clean and actionable; and lead the rollout of our proprietary segmentation model alongside our data partners.
CRM & Customer Lifecycle
Identify and prioritise CRM opportunities: new flows, segments and value moments across the lifecycle.
Analyse journey and campaign performance: open rates, CTR, conversion, recurrence and LTV contribution.
Design and run improvement tests (A/B and experiments) on subject lines, content, timing and segmentation; Own the health of the client database: data quality, deduplication, consents and segmentation — the foundation that makes everything else work.
Coordinate technical rollout with our data partners and ensure the scoring engine and journey triggers are production-ready.
Translate segmentation outputs into CRM actions: define which segments get which journeys, triggers and content and
