Experteer Overview In this role you help scale automation and AI-powered solutions to improve product data quality and governance. You will work within the Product Data Tools u0026amp; Digital Enablement team to reduce manual tasks and streamline governance across Golden Record operations. You’ll design and deploy RPA/AI solutions, monitor data quality initiatives, and collaborate with IT to embed automation without duplicating governance logic. You’ll build dashboards and document automated processes for scalable maintenance while tracking new tooling adoption. This position offers the chance to shape data governance in a manufacturing context and drive measurable efficiency.

Identify automation opportunities across Golden Record and governance operations (data quality checks, cleansing, reporting)

Design, build, and deploy RPA/AI solutions (e.g. Python, UiPath/Power Automate, Databricks notebooks)

Apply AI/ML techniques for data quality monitoring, anomaly detection,



and completeness scoring within the Critical Attribute Framework

Partner with IT to embed automation without duplicating governance logic inside pipeline code

Build and maintain monitoring dashboards (e.g. Power BI) supporting the Quality u0026 Monitoring stream

Document and hand over automated processes to enable scaling beyond one person

Track emerging RPA/AI tooling and recommend adoption to reduce manual governance workload

Responsabilidades

3-5 years of experience building RPA/automation solutions (UiPath, Power Automate, Python)

2+ years applying AI/ML to data quality, matching, or anomaly detection

Hands‑on experience with cloud data platforms (Azure Synapse, Databricks) and SQL

Understanding of master/product data management and governance concepts

Experience with Power BI or similar dashboarding tools

Automotive, aftermarket, or manufacturing industry experience a plus

Strong communication skills to translate technical automa
