And your role in this?
As the Senior AI & ML Engineer, you are the technical backbone of the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle.



You’ll sit right at the core of the digital and data team, applying deep engineering rigor to build and scale reliable systems that solve real-world R&D; challenges. Your main mission is to make sure complex AI concepts turn into viable, scalable, and operationally sound products that actually solve real-world problems.
You will own the technical design, development, and automation workflows, ensuring everything runs smoothly, securely, and predictably.

More specifically, you will:
- Deliver high-quality code for data, modeling, and deployment pipelines, ensuring AI solutions are integrated into robust software architectures.
- Implement and maintain robust MLOps workflows, focusing on automated CI/CD, containerization, and model observability.
- Lead the technical design, development, and optimization of scalable, maintainable AI solutions aligned with modern best practices.
