We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks: * Provide L3 support and administration for enterprise database environments. * Manage Microsoft SQL Server, MongoDB and MariaDB platforms, ensuring availability and performance. * Perform database installations, configurations, upgrades and migrations. * Execute backup, recovery, patching and maintenance activities. * Monitor database health, capacity and performance, implementing optimization initiatives. * Troubleshoot complex database incidents and perform root cause analysis. * Support high availability, disaster recovery and security compliance requirements. * Collaborate with infrastructure, application, security and service management teams following ITIL processes.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? * 5+ years of experience as a Database Administrator in enterprise environments. * Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server, MongoDB and MariaDB. * Experience with database installation, configuration, monitoring, backup and recovery. * Knowledge of performance tuning, capacity management and database optimization. * Experience supporting high availability, replication and disaster recovery solutions. * Familiarity with security, compliance and database governance best practices. * Experience working within ITIL-based support environments. * Professional level of English.
