Job Summary The Product Manager must leverage scientific and practical cytogenetics expertise to ensure the achievement of the objectives set for the Business Unit. It is fundamental to collaborate with cross-functional teams to position solutions, expand the market share of our cytogenetics solutions, shape strategy, navigate regulatory landscapes, and drive product success.Key Accountabilities Install Metasystems’ instruments and perform user trainingParticipate in the preparation of the tenders, writing the technical part. In collaboration with the Sales Application Specialist and tenders departmentWork closely with sales team to update, install systems and execute troubleshooting.Maintain constant contact with represented companies, communicating forecasts, technical issues, incidents, and product information.



Hold regular follow-up meetings and attend Distributor’s trainingsStay updated on the market needs and the competitor’s analysis.Provide the commercial network with the necessary arguments to counter objections from competitors and customers based on the value-selling method adequatelyPrepare the necessary marketing material: brochures, catalogs, and presentations.Prepare product information necessary for each case, such as product registrations, technical data sheets, safety files, inserts, and anything else mandatoryPrepare and participate in Workshops, Congresses, Scientific Sessions, and other events.Encourage the evaluation of products to generate scientific articlesKeep Teams database updated, as well as the Company's websiteWork with Logistics to manage all types of product incidents: back orders, stock dimension, purchase equipment forecast, among othersMaintain a fluid relationship with the different KOLs and support the commercial network in the visits that require itTrain the different members of the commercial network (Area Managers, Key Account Managers, and Sales Application Specialists).Where there is no Product Specialist, assume its respon
