Execute Procurement Strategy in alignment with category teams and business stakeholders
Perform purchasing activities according to needs, specifications, price, delivery schedule and contractual terms
Manage cooperation with approved suppliers and oversee performance, quality and compliance
Provide market insights and analyze and evaluate bids
Negotiate agreements with key suppliers
Conduct sourcing events through appropriate eSourcing tools
Maintain supplier master data integrity
Identify and qualify new suppliers with internal stakeholders
Implement cost-out programs and optimization initiatives
Coordinate procurement orders and deliveries
Maintain accurate reports, updates and documentation in relevant systems
Report to the Co-Head Corporate Procurement
Requirements

Ideally 5 years of experience in Procurement
Preferably experience in Indirect Services Procurement within Professional Services categories or equivalent extensive experience working directly in HR, Consulting, Legal and/or Marketing categories
Strong negotiation skills
Solution-oriented and analytical mindset




Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to represent Corporate Procurement across all seniority levels
Ability to work collaboratively and independently
Comfortable working with legal and contractual terms and language
Fluency in spoken and written English
Proactive, adaptable and professional approach
