Full lifecycle involvement – Requirements Gathering → Configuration → Integrations → Testing → Go-Live → Hypercare. Opportunity to work with integral stakeholders and cross-functional teams on strategic HR transformation initiatives. What We're Looking For: Hands-on experience with Workday HCM (Technical or Functional) in one or more modules listed above. Strong client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in Workday implementations, support, or enhancement projects.
