About The Role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Real Estate Agent to help clients buy, sell, and rent properties. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys sales, building relationships, negotiating, and working in a dynamic real estate environment.

You will work with property owners, buyers, and tenants while developing your client portfolio and supporting transactions from initial contact through closing.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties
- Develop and maintain relationships with property owners and clients
- Identify new business and property opportunities
- Conduct property viewings and present available properties
- Respond to inquiries and follow up with prospective clients
- Prepare property information, listings, and sales materials
- Negotiate offers and support clients throughout transactions
- Maintain accurate client and property records
- Coordinate appointments, viewings, and transaction activities
- Monitor local real estate market trends and property values




- Work toward individual and team sales targets
- Provide professional customer service throughout the sales process

Qualifications
- Previous experience in real estate, sales, customer service, or a related field is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident negotiation and relationship-building abilities
- Customer-focused and professional approach
- Good organization and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable using email, Microsoft Office, and online property platforms
- Valid driving licence is an asset
- Knowledge of the local property market is an asset
