We are a Málaga-based company working with international travelers.

We are looking for a local host to support our small-group activities. This freelance role is ideal for someone outgoing, friendly, and naturally good with people — someone who smiles easily, enjoys meeting new people, and knows how to create a positive atmosphere.

*Personality matters more than formal experience, but reliability and professionalism are essential.*

What You’ll Do:
- Lead small-group tours in Málaga (2–3 hours)
- Welcome guests and create a relaxed, friendly, and fun environment
- Communicate clearly and confidently in English
- Keep the group engaged and comfortable throughout the activity
- Ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone
- Represent our company in a friendly and professional manner

Requirements:
- Registered as a freelancer / self-employed (autónomo) and legally able to invoice us (mandatory)
- Based in Málaga (mandatory)
- Fluent in English (mandatory)
- Outgoing, positive and naturally sociable personality
- Professional attitude and appearance




- Reliable and punctual — punctuality is essential
- Well-organized and responsible
- Comfortable speaking to small groups (2–10)
- Naturally good at making people feel welcome

Nice to Have:
- Experience in hospitality, events, tourism, or customer-facing roles
- Familiarity with Málaga’s social scene, food spots, or local lifestyle
