The International Commercial Marketing Lead as part of the CBS department bridges the Business Units product marketing with the commercial country requirements. The department is responsible for leading the global commercial marketing strategy to achieve business objectives and ensure alignment across regions and stakeholders, driving segmentation, targeting and omnichannel programs by translating global direction into actionable initiatives, and partnering with cross-functional and regional leaders to shape priorities and translate enterprise strategy into clear global marketing direction that enables effective local adaptation and value creation.

The team has 3 main areas of responsibility:
- Overall CE brand positioning – defining the value story of our overall partnership capabilities beyond the pure product messaging
- Market engagement – including launch excellence, ensuring the commercial country readiness of new products and data driven seg
