We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Senior DevOps Engineer to join our Team at ING Hubs Spain
You will join ING's General Threat Management (GTM) team, a central capability within the CISO domain that focuses on intelligence driven, proactive defence.
Transform large‐scale security telemetry and threat intelligence data into actionable insights for GTM and executive decision‐making.
Automate and accelerate threat analysis using standard and custom‐built tooling.
Deploy, operate, and optimize cloud‐based infrastructure (preferred Azure and GCP), ensuring scalability, reliability, cost efficiency, and governance.
Enforce and continuously improve security and DevOps best practices within the team.
Perform maintenance, monitoring, and resilience testing of owned infrastructure to ensure high availability and operational continuity.
Design and integrate intelligence‐driven security solutions across data sources, security tools, and services.
Design, develop,



and maintain Python-based automation, scripts, integrations, and operational tooling.
Troubleshoot and resolve deployment, installation and configuration issues across cloud infrastructure and security tooling, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

Strong Python development skills for automation, integrations, and tooling.
Experience deploying and supporting cloud‐based solutions, preferably in Azure and GCP.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (preferably Terraform) and DevOps practices.
Solid understanding of cloud platforms, networking, system administration, infrastructure architecture, and the operating model of CISO organizations in mid‐ to large‐scale enterprises.
