The position focuses on supporting high-value accounts while identifying new business opportunities. It works closely with commercial, technical, and operational teams to ensure alignment and delivery. The role contributes to achieving sales targets in terms of volume, value, and profitability. It also supports the execution of strategic initiatives to strengthen market positioning. The position reports to the Auto Tiers Iberia Commercial Director.
Deliver sales targets in terms of volume, value, and profitability
Develop and execute strategic sales plans
Maintain regular customer contact and ensure high service levels
Support product launches and introduction of new solutions
Coordinate with customer service and logistics teams to ensure operational excellence
Oversee account receivables and support working capital management
Experience managing key accounts and developing customer relationships
~ Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actions
~ Proven track record in achieving commercial results
~ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
