Experteer Overview
In this role, you will work with Operations to boost throughput and efficiency through practical process improvements. You’ll support continuous improvement projects, map and refine workflows, and help standardize improvements across departments. You’ll apply Lean and Kaizen methods, advance digitalization and data flow, and contribute to WMS/ERP enhancements. This on-site, fast-paced position offers close collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive measurable operations gains.

• Support planning, management and optimization of resources to improve throughput and efficiency
• Assist in continuous improvement, strategic and commercial projects for customers
• Contribute to implementation of new solutions and procedures to improve daily workflows
• Map warehouse activities and labour processes to identify inefficiencies
• Refine and document operational workflows for standardization
• Contribute to Lean and Kaizen initiatives
• Assist digitalization efforts and data flow improvements to reduce manual processes




• Support continuous improvement of WMS/ERP systems by identifying gaps and coordinating with stakeholders
• Prepare operational reports for internal management and client performance reviews
• Analyze SLAs, KPIs, and dashboards
• Participate in daily and weekly Operations meetings

Responsabilidades
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing
• Hands-on exposure to operational environments
• Experience in continuous improvement or process optimization initiatives
• Comfortable with data and deriving insights
• Experience with Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Visio
• Experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Proactive, curious and learn-fast in a hands-on, fast-paced setting
• Willingness to work on-site and travel between Palau-solità i Plegamans and Santa Perpètua de Mogoda
• Own vehicle

Requisitos principales
• €35,000 gross annual salary
• Permanent contract

• On-site role
• Standard hours 9:00–18:00
• Occasional night shift or weekend visibility depending on needs
