Your core responsibilities:

- Managing, processing, and maintaining customer contracts with precision.
- Providing friendly and competent customer support via telephone and email.
- Assisting clients with various inquiries and taking care of complaint management.
- Accurately updating and maintaining customer records and databases.

What you bring to the team:

- German at a native or bilingual proficiency level,



combined with good Spanish skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or in an administrative office environment.
- Strong service orientation and genuine enjoyment in communicating with customers.
- A structured, reliable, and meticulous approach to your daily tasks.
- Confident handling of MS Office applications.
