Support the issuance and management of insurance policy documentation.
Handle account-related queries in collaboration with clients, brokers, underwriters, and international teams.
Provide operational and administrative support to customer service and underwriting teams.
Assist with client relationship activities and continuous improvement projects.
Ensure high service standards and excellent customer support.
Requirements
Fluent German and advanced English.
Customer-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
Previous experience in customer operations, administration, back office, or insurance is a plus but not essential.
Additional European languages are considered an advantage.
