? The role

We're looking for an
Account Manager Croatia to join our Supply crew
in Barcelona.

You will integrate the
Account Management team dedicated to the Croatian market
,



you will play a key part in
growing and strengthening our relationships with Croatia's boat owners — from key accounts to peak-season readiness and revenue optimization
, and collaborating closely with
the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Care crew members
across teams to deliver a high-quality work.

? What floats your boat

With the guidance of your manager, you will perform the following tasks:
- Build and nurture relationships with Croatia's most important fleet owners (including our 114 key-account owners representing over 2,600 displayed boats) to secure availability, pricing quality, calendar accuracy, and fast response times.
- Drive activation and conversion by pushing owners toward better response behaviour and faster booking acceptance, while improving listing quality (pictures, descriptio
