- Provide technical support and leadership to the development team
- Manage implementation using SCRUM and Kanban frameworks
- Collaborate with IT leadership and ERP specialists
- Implement modern engineering practices including CI/CD, automated testing, and version control

Требования:

- Proven leadership in ERP/CRM development, especially with Microsoft D365 F&O;
- Strong technical expertise in X++, .NET, Power Platform,



and software development best practices
- Ability to collaborate across teams, lead projects, and ensure continuous improvement
- Strategic thinking and strong problem-solving skills
- Passion for driving innovation and improving ERP systems
- Fluent English
- Nice to have: German.
