Experteer Overview As a Consultant in Professional Services, you will design and deliver Veeva’s Commercial Content solutions (PromoMats, DAM) for life sciences customers. You’ll translate business needs into solution designs, configure applications, and manage on-time, on-budget project delivery. You will lead workshops, oversee build and testing, and create documentation while planning post-go-live support. This role sits at the intersection of process, technology, and customer success, enabling faster, compliant content workflows. - 5+ years of experience in consulting, project management, or equivalent
- Direct experience with digital content management systems
- Experience with life sciences customers (pharma, medical devices, consumer health)
- Ability to quickly understand customer requirements and create solution designs
- Ability to work with diverse stakeholders and ensure high-quality delivery
- Proven ability to work independently in dynamic, fast-paced, distributed environments
- Ability to travel as required
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Fluency in English
