About the Role:

TheSeniorMarketing Managerisresponsibleforthemanagement ofhis/her owncongresses' marketing activities.He/ShemanagesaTeam of Marketing Managers andMarketing Coordinators.He/Shealso developsmarketing strategies, managesbudgets and promotionalactivitiesand communicateswith clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage yourowncongresses' marketing activities;

- Manage Marketing Coordinators/ Senior Marketing CoordinatorsandMarketing Managers;

- Be the one point of contact for congresses' marketing needs;

- Develop the congresses' brand and marketing strategies;

- Prepare and adhere congresses' budgets;

- Oversee the different marketing campaigns;

- Manage internal and external interfaces to ensure successful deliveries of marketing activities;

- Plan and implement promotional campaigns;





- Manage and improve lead generation campaigns and measure results;

- Create a wide range of different marketing materials (online and offline, including videos);

- Report on progress and effectiveness of the different campaigns;

- Performothertasksrelatedtothecompany'sactivityanditswork,accordingtoaspecificassignmentbythedirectmanagerortheManager.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Highly motivated, team player;

- Time management skills,ability to prioritizeand multitask;

- Communicationandproject management skills;

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;

- Experience in managing clients, marketresearchand analysis;

- Experience in managing a team is an advantage
