Experteer Overview
As Associate Privacy Counsel you will counsel internal stakeholders on GDPR-wide privacy matters, shaping global privacy programs and policies to enable Delivery Hero's growth. You will work within the Global Delivery Hero Data Protection Team to mitigate risk and ensure regulatory compliance across jurisdictions. Your role focuses on advisory support, drafting and negotiating DPAs, and guiding data processing activities and DPIAs. The position offers exposure to AI governance and high-impact privacy initiatives within a fast-moving tech environment.

• Provide legal advice on data protection under integral frameworks (GDPR).
• Offer risk-based privacy guidance on new products and operational changes.
• Draft and negotiate DPAs and intra-group data transfer agreements.
• Conduct privacy due diligence for onboarding third-party providers and in Mu0026A contexts.
• Support data mapping and documentation of processing activities, including DPIAs.
• Develop and maintain global privacy policies and notices.




• Communicate with DH Group leadership and oversight bodies on privacy matters.
• Run privacy maturity audits and coordinate remediation efforts.
• Manage investigations with data protection authorities and mitigation plans.
• Monitor AI governance developments and contribute to governance frameworks.

Responsabilidades
• Min. 2-3 years of experience in data protection/privacy.
• Law degree (Bachelor or higher).
• EU privacy law expertise (IAPP CIPP/E, CIPM, TÜV DPO, etc.) is a plus.
• Excellent English; Polish/Spanish/German a plus.
• Experience advising online tech and data-driven businesses across jurisdictions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, ownership mindset and ability to drive initiatives.
