This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of an important function, improve the way we do things and help shape how people operations are implemented at PredictBy, within the broader HR direction, policies and priorities set at Group level.
We are looking for a People & HR Officer to take responsibility for the day-to-day HR operations of PredictBy and provide practical support to our managers and employees.
This is a broad,
hands-on generalist role combining people support with HR administration. You will be the main HR point of contact within PredictBy, while working closely with our external payroll and labour advisors. You will be reporting both to the PBY Corporate Lead and Group HR Director.
From time to time, this may include supporting broader staff-related administration or internal operations that sit adjacent to HR.
Act as the main point of contact for PredictBy managers and employees on day-to-day HR matters.
Manage core HR administration, including contracts, onboarding and offboarding documentation, employee records, absences and contractual changes.
Coordinate with our external payroll and labour advisors to ensure accurate payroll processing and implementation of contractual changes.
Support managers throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance reviews and employee relations matters.
Implement PredictBy and Group HR policies, standards, processes and tools, adapting local procedures where required and agreed.
Coordinate day-to-day Spanish employment matters with the company's external labour advisers, escalating complex or legally sensitive matters as appropriate.
Maintain accurate HR systems, employee records and HR reporting.
Report to the Group HR Director on HR initiatives involving PredictBy and collaborate with other companies within the Group.
At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in an HR generalist, HR operations or people administration role.
Good practical knowledge of Spanish employment law and HR administration.
Experience coordinating payroll and employment matters with external payroll providers or labour advisors.
Experience using HRIS tools and a good command of Excel.
Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of day-to-day HR matters.
Fluency in English and Spanish, both spoken and written (C2). Catalan is highly desirable.
Knowledge of Dutch or Italian would be an advantage.
Salary: EUR 35.000 – 40.000 gross per annum (FTE) plus an array of benefits, including office lunch and complementary refreshments.
