Role Description The Product Specialist contract role at martè is a hybrid position based in Barcelona, with the flexibility to perform part of the work from home. In this role, the Product Specialist supports customers in understanding and maximizing the value of martè’s AI-powered platform, including operations, finance, payroll, and compliance features. The Product Specialist will maintain product knowledge, document use cases, and contribute to continuous improvement of training materials and support resources.

including deep product understanding and the ability to translate complex features into clear customer benefits.
Solid analytical skills to interpret customer data, identify patterns, and recommend improvements or optimizations.
Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Barcelona, manage time effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving product landscape.
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Proficiency in English; Spanish.

Contract & progression
The initial engagement will be 3–4 months , with the potential to extend into a longer-term or permanent position based on performance and business needs.
The role can be fully remote within Spain , with a preference for candidates based in Barcelona.
