- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline
- Extensive experience in software engineering, architecture, or technical leadership in cloud-based, distributed environments
- Proven ability to lead through influence in matrix organizations
- Strong background in modern software development, cloud technologies, distributed systems, DevOps, or digital health solutions
- Passion for coaching engineers and building technical communities
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
