As Senior Art Manager at Scopely, you will lead and nurture the art team for Monopoly GO!, shaping culture and performance. You’ll partner with Art Directors and craft leads to uphold standards while prioritizing artist growth and wellbeing. You’ll align staffing, processes, and tooling with the studio’s creative goals and live-service scope. This role combines people leadership with cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality, engaging visuals for a integral audience.

• Significant experience in game development
• Proven experience managing or leading artists
