Experteer Overview
In this role you will own the global LMS end-to-end, driving a unified, enterprise-wide learning platform to enable a skills-based organization. You will lead the rollout, ensure platform stability, and maximize adoption and ROI, working with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver an employee-centric learning experience. You will shape the future of learning within a large, global organization and mentor peers to foster a knowledge-sharing culture.

• Own the general LMS product lifecycle from discovery to deployment
• Lead rollout and hypercare for a centralized LMS with ongoing stability
• Ensure data flows between LMS and HR systems (Phenom Talent Marketplace, SuccessFactors)
• Collaborate with UX, HR teams, IT, data/privacy, and employee representatives
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations for on-time delivery
• Maintain agile roadmap and backlogs to evolve the platform
• Ensure GDPR compliance and alignment with local laws




• Handover to Global Enterprise Services for ongoing support
• Decommission legacy LMS platforms and migrate data/users

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years leading HR IT projects with focus on learning tech in global, matrixed orgs
• Deep LMS and modern HR tech experience (SuccessFactors, Phenom)
• Agile project management expertise; proficient with Jira
• Data-driven product management and ROI tracking
• Foundational IT architecture understanding (APIs, data flows)
• Strong stakeholder management across business and technical teams
• Experience with GDPR and working with works councils or employee bodies
• User-centric, pragmatic problem solver with attention to detail
