Experteer Overview In this role you support the day-to-day operation of Radisson’s digital payment platform across channels, ensuring stable, secure processing. You act as the technical contact for payment topics, helping with flows, integrations, testing, and onboarding of new methods. You collaborate with internal teams, PSPs, and providers to resolve incidents and improve platform performance. You contribute to continuous improvements and stay aligned with industry standards to deliver a reliable guest experience. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role shaping payment operations within a global hospitality brand.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Support day-to-day operations of the LHG digital payment platform to ensure stable and secure processing
- Serve as technical resource for payment topics, assisting with flows, integrations, reconciliation, and issue resolution
- Investigate and resolve payment incidents and integration issues with internal and external teams
- Coordinate with PSPs, acquirers, and orchestration platforms to maintain reliable integrations
- Monitor payment performance and contribute to stability and transaction success rate improvements
- Collaborate with development, product, finance, and compliance on payment initiatives and operations
- Assist in onboarding, testing, and certification of new payment methods and enhancements following PCI DSS,



3DS, and tokenization
- Maintain technical documentation of configurations, workflows, and procedures
- Suggest platform improvements from operational experience and feedback
- Stay updated on payment technologies, regulatory changes, and best practicesResponsabilidades
- 5+ years of experience in supporting digital payment solutions or similar platforms
- Experience with PSPs, acquirers, or payment orchestration platforms
- Understanding of payment lifecycle concepts (authorization, settlement, reconciliation, 3DS, tokenization)
- Familiarity with PCI DSS, PSD2, SCA, and data privacy requirements
- Experience with APIs, middleware, file-based integrations, or enterprise integration platforms
- Experience supporting SAP integrations is an advantage
- Knowledge of SAP TMS for Hotels (advantage)
- Experience with Adyen, Stripe, or similar payment platforms (advantage)
- Experience with B2C payments; B2B is a plus
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills and cross-functional collaboration
- Travel up to 20%
