At HiTHIUM, we are driving the development of advanced battery energy storage solutions and supporting the transition toward a more sustainable energy future.Es posible que un gran número de candidatos se presenten a este puesto, así que asegúrese de enviar su CV y su solicitud lo antes posible.As we continue developing our manufacturing footprint in Spain, we are looking for a Tax Specialist to join our Finance team in Navarra.The position will be responsible for day-to-day tax compliance activities for our Spanish operations, supporting tax filings, invoice management, tax documentation and interaction with tax authorities.Responsibilities- Prepare and support periodic Spanish tax filings, including VAT, Corporate Income Tax and other applicable statutory tax returns.- Support customs-duty and Intrastat-related tax and reporting requirements.- Manage and review sales and purchase invoices from a tax-compliance perspective.- Prepare tax-return working papers and maintain complete supporting documentation.- Support transfer-pricing documentation and the preparation of materials for tax-incentive applications.- Assist with tax inspections,



including the preparation of responses and supporting documentation.- Monitor changes in Spanish and EU tax regulations and assess their potential impact on the local entity.- Coordinate with Payroll and other Finance colleagues on personal income tax and social-security-related financial data where required.- Support communication with local tax authorities and external tax advisors.- Contribute to the development of robust local tax processes and controls as the Spanish organization grows.Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, Business Administration or a related field.- At least 3 years of professional tax experience in Spain.- Strong working knowledge of Spanish tax regulations, particularly VAT and Corporate Income Tax.- Knowledge of customs and Intrastat requirements is highly valued.- Experience preparing tax filings and supporting tax documentation.- Fluent Spanish and good working-level English.- Strong attention to detail and compliance mindset.- Ability to work accurately against statutory deadlines.- Good analytical, organizational and documentation skills. xqysrnh- Experience within manufacturing, industrial or multinational environments would be a plus.
