Our client, a large international group with a strong global presence across Europe, is currently seeking a Head of IT Workplace to lead their general Workplace function.

The main responsibilities as
Head of IT Workplace
will be:
- Leading, managing and developing a global Workplace team of 11 employees across different countries and time zones.
- Providing technical leadership and architectural direction across Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, PKI, Remote Desktop Services, Microsoft 365 and Intune.
- Driving the transformation of the Workplace function from reactive operations toward proactive, standardized and service-oriented delivery.
- Ensuring reliable day-to-day operation of workplace services, defining KPIs, SLAs and OLAs, and continuously improving ITIL-based processes.
- Strengthening the security posture of identity, endpoint, collaboration and access management services in line with internal policy and ISO 27001-aligned controls.
- Acting as the main point of contact for business units, country IT teams and local management,



translating requirements into scalable workplace solutions.
- Managing vendors, service providers and technology partners related to workplace services.

The requirements for the position are:
- Several years of experience in Workplace, Infrastructure, Identity or Endpoint Management, ideally in an IT leadership role.
- Proven experience leading international or distributed technical teams across countries and time zones.
- Hands-on technical knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, PKI, RDS/Terminal Server, Microsoft 365, Intune and Identity & Access Management.
- Strong understanding of ITIL-based processes (incident, change, problem, request, access management).
- Experience in security hardening, compliance, risk management and audit support.
- Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
