What You'll Do
Strategic Business Partnering
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the General Manager and leadership team, helping shape and execute the business strategy.
- Provide financial insight and thought leadership to support growth, investment decisions, and transformation initiatives.




- Lead strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation processes.
- Support key business initiatives, including organic growth, market expansion, productivity programs, and potential M&A; activity.

Driving Operational Performance
- Partner closely with the General Manager and business leaders to drive profitable growth and value creation.
- Lead performance reviews, forecasting processes, and operating rhythms that provide visibility and accountability.
- Identify risks and opportunities and develop actionable plans to achieve business objectives.
- Establish and maintain a disciplined operating system focused on execution and continuous improvement.
