Lead business transformation and process readiness activities to ensure successful SAP S/4HANA deployment, template adherence, and standardised process adoption. Drive stakeholder alignment, change management, data readiness, testing, and deployment activities to support cutover, go-live, and post-go-live success.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead business transformation and process readiness across deployment sites
- Align business teams with core processes and drive adoption of standardised templates
- Facilitate Fit-to-Standard and Fit-to-Template workshops, identifying process gaps and improvement opportunities
- Ensure site readiness, including business, legal, regulatory, and statutory requirements
- Work closely with site managers, business stakeholders, technical consultants, and IT teams
- Drive data mapping, cleansing, validation, and overall data readiness activities
- Define test scope, business scenarios,



and support testing phases
- Coordinate cutover planning, Go-Live, hypercare, and post-Go-Live support
- Support change management, training, communication, and user adoption initiatives
- Capture and promote best practices and escalate process improvement opportunities where required

Required Experience & Skills
- Proven SAP S/4HANA transformation and deployment experience
- Strong business process expertise with an SAP background
- Experience leading Fit-to-Standard/Fit-to-Template workshops
- Strong stakeholder engagement and change management capabilities
- Experience with data readiness, testing, cutover, and deployment activities
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional business and IT teams
- Strong training, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Demonstrated leadership experience driving large-scale business transformation programmes
