We're looking for a Brand Experience Specialist to create a welcoming and modern customer experience. Assisting customers with app navigation, providing general product information, and directing them to specialised resources when necessary
Keeping the store lively by running interactive games and learning activities
Supporting the planning and delivery of in-store events and marketing campaigns in collaboration with the central Revolut team




Acting as the face of Revolut during events, engaging visitors, answering questions, and bringing the brand to life
Fluency in English (C1+ level or equivalent)
~ Fluency in Catalan and Spanish (C2/native level)
~ A willingness to work in shifts, including weekends

Experience in customer-facing retail roles, including premium electronics, fintech, lifestyle, or experiential brand environments
