Experteer Overview In this role you own the Access Control u0026amp; Network Visibility service, shaping its security posture, reliability, and lifecycle. You collaborate with IAM, PKI, SOC, IT/OT, and product teams to implement Zero Trust-aligned access enforcement and visibility. You lead end-to-end platform lifecycle, incident management, and change processes to ensure secure, resilient network access and detection capabilities. This is a global, impact-focused role in a hybrid Madrid setup with a strong transformation agenda.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Own the technical correctness, stability, and security posture of the Access Control u0026 Network Visibility service
- Act as L3 escalation and decision authority for complex incidents and high-impact changes
- Ensure access enforcement and visibility controls align with Zero Trust principles and security policy
- Maintain service boundaries and interfaces with IAM, PKI, SOC, IT, OT, and Product teams
- Own lifecycle management of NAC, Remote Access, and NDR platforms (onboarding, configuration, upgrades, decommissioning)
- Ensure platforms follow approved architectures and patterns
- Drive continuous improvement of detection quality, access policy effectiveness, and platform resilience
- Validate and approve technical changes impacting access enforcement or network visibility
- Lead investigations of complex incidents and perform RCA for significant issues
- Participate in change management ensuring risks are assessed, tested, and traceable
- Balance security with availability and user experience
- Collaborate with IAM, PKI, SOC, Network Security Architect, Product Manager, IT/OT, and product teams to ensure reliable telemetry and secure access patterns
- Oversee external providers or MSS for L1/L2 operations where applicable
- Define and enforce runbooks, escalation paths, and quality metrics
- Escalate operational deficiencies through Product Management
- Accountable for technical decisions, service availability, and security posture
- Approve service-level changes and enforcement decisions
- Ensure quality and effectiveness of access control and network visibility outcomesResponsabilidades
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Strong experience in Network Access Control, Remote Access technologies, or Network Detection u0026 Response platforms
- Track record owning and operating complex security platforms in enterprise environments
- Solid understanding of Zero Trust, identity-centric access control, and network visibility
- Experience operating services with high blast radius and organizational impact
- Ability to troubleshoot complex access, authentication, and network flow issues
- Experience integrating NAC or NDR with IAM, PKI, endpoint posture, or SOC tooling
- Exposure to ITIL-aligned service operations and change management processes
- High autonomy, ownership, and accountability
- Resilient and effective during major incidents
