Experteer Overview In this role you drive manufacturing quality for the IC Front-End at EM’s wafer FAB, collaborating with Quality and Operations to achieve zero defects and automotive/customer compliance. You lead quality governance, change management, and containment of non-conformances across front-end processes, influencing yield, scrap, and delivery. You will steer CIP initiatives, audits, and supplier/customer risk assessments to protect the supply chain. This position offers meaningful impact in a high-tech, cross-functional environment.Compensaciones / Ventajas
- Drive quality strategy inside IC FE to meet zero defects expectations and ensure compliance (IATF16949, customer requirements)
- Own the PCRB process, govern change management, assess risks, and drive CIP opportunities
- Ensure deployment of control tools (MSA, SPC, automation, FDC, MES) to reduce scraps and NC events
- Chair and manage MRB, perform risk assessments, and implement effective disposition actions
- Lead scrap analysis and timely root cause problem-solving with process owners
- Oversee manufacturing audits,



track findings and lead yearly improvement plans
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams to resolve complaints and minimize recurrence
- Coach sites on problem-solving and continuous improvement across front-end processes
- Align quality activities with supply chain protection and customer satisfaction initiativesResponsabilidades
- Engineering degree in Electronics, Microelectronics or Physics
- 10 years in a high-tech company
- 5 years in a Quality Management Role
- Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean experience
- Project Management experience
- Proven leadership, teamwork, and initiative
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and automotive core tools
- Knowledge of IC production flows, quality tools, failure analysis and audits
- Negotiation, prioritization, empathy, flexibility
- Self-driven, organized, analytical, able to lead continuous improvement projects and teams
