, we are looking for an experienced and proactive
Finance & Operations Specialist
to join our team in Marbella.

We are looking for a senior, hands-on finance professional who combines strong accounting knowledge with a genuine interest in
automation, technology and process improvement
.

This is not a purely administrative accounting position. We are looking for someone capable of reviewing how things are currently done, identifying inefficiencies and helping us build smarter, more scalable financial and operational processes.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

•
Minimum 5-10 years of professional experience
in finance, accounting and/or financial operations.

•
Demonstrable professional experience working in Spain
, with solid knowledge of Spanish accounting practices, financial processes and local regulatory requirements.

•
Fluent Spanish and English
, both written and spoken.

•
Currently living in the Province of Málaga.

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration,



Accounting or a related field.

• Strong experience with accounting and financial management software such as
Contanet,
A3, Sage
or similar platforms
.

• Strong understanding of
financial systems, digital workflows, automation and system integrations
.

• Experience or strong practical knowledge in implementing
APIs, AI-powered tools and automation solutions within accounting, finance or administrative processes
.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise day-to-day accounting activities, including bookkeeping, accounting entries, bank reconciliations, accounts payable and accounts receivable.

• Support and oversee
monthly and year-end financial closing processes
.

• Monitor cash flow, reconciliations and financial controls.

• Assist in the
design, implementation and continuous improvement of financial and operational processes
.

• Identify repetitive or inefficient manual processes and develop solutions t
