Proven track record in general Learning & Development programme management and LMS platforms administration Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field Postgraduate studies are valued Excellent skills in stakeholder management and learning programme delivery Strong competencies in project management and data-driven reporting (Power BI/HR Analytics)



Experience working in multinational environments with cross-functional teams and external vendors Excellent command of English, both spoken and written Spanish will be valued Core Competencies
