Experteer Overview In this role you act as the technical reference for assessing and solving structural challenges in our wind turbine towers. You collaborate with internal and external experts to drive robust engineering solutions and design/assess tubular steel, concrete, and hybrid towers. You prepare high-quality documentation and lead root-cause analyses to implement fast, cost-efficient fixes on site. You contribute to reducing the cost of energy and push for continuous improvement and standardization. This role suits a hands-on engineer who shapes tower development and delivers impact across projects.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Perform structural verifications for concrete and steel tower structures
- Collaborate with internal/external experts and suppliers as a technical partner
- Design and evaluate tubular steel, concrete, and hybrid towers and anchor cages
- Prepare high-quality technical documentation (reports, calculations, project deliverables)
- Lead root cause analyses for field issues and implement solutions on site
- Support the goal of reducing cost of energy and increasing productivity in tower development




- Drive lessons learned and standardization across products and processesResponsabilidades
- Master in Civil Engineering
- Solid knowledge of IEC 61400-6, Eurocodes, Model Codes, and DIBt guidelines
- Experience with finite element analysis (Ansys, Abaqus)
- Understanding of bolted flange connections, pretensioning systems, and fatigue analysis
- Advanced programming skills (Python)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment
- Fluency in English; German and/or Spanish are a plus
- At least 5 years of experience in similar engineering roles
- Willingness to travel occasionally
- Recognition of foreign qualifications as the corresponding Spanish qualification
