Experteer Overview In this role you will help shape Factorial’s AI-driven Operations domain, building tools for managers and HR to streamline recruitment, performance, engagement, and trainings. You will design and ship AI-enabled features that scale across many companies, focusing on reliability, user experience, and production readiness. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to turn probabilistic AI concepts into tangible product outcomes.
