Experteer Overview
In this role you will provide technical leadership and governance for Protection u0026amp; Control projects across the full lifecycle. You align customer requirements with technical solutions, engineering execution, testing and delivery, acting as the project’s primary technical authority. You will drive the technical baseline, oversee multi-disciplinary execution, and ensure timely, high-quality handovers to Field Service. You’ll enable continuous improvement through lessons learned and mentoring, shaping robust substations solutions.

• Lead technical kick-off, clarify scope with the customer, and align tendering inputs and risk assessment
• Review technical specifications against the proposed solution and set the execution baseline
• Define and approve the main technical solution, including architecture, schematics, IED configuration, BOM decisions, network/ports, and master file approach
• Own the technical documentation plan, deliverables strategy, and engineering schedule
• Coordinate engineering execution across disciplines and subcontractors, ensuring interface consistency
• Define pre-FAT/FAT protocols, validation approach, and readiness criteria




• Track inputs, manage technical comments, and ensure timely deliverables submission
• Lead technical quality discussions, address non-conformities, and escalate delivery risks
• Coordinate pre-FAT, FAT, and SAT handover and technical transfer to Field Service
• Act as technical reference point, drive standardization, lessons learned and continuous improvement
• Support capability development through mentoring and knowledge transfer

Responsabilidades
• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or similar
• Solid experience in Protection u0026 Control or Substation Automation
• Strong understanding of substation solutions, communication protocols, and system integration
• Ability to lead technical discussions with customers and coordinate multi-disciplinary activities
• Proven experience on relevant projects
• Strong problem-solving, prioritization and communication skills in a complex project environment
• Good command of English; additional languages valued
• Availability to travel up to 30%
