We’re looking for a Bid Technical Manager (ONB) You’ll work alongside people who show up with ownership, passion, and dedication - because they know what’s at stake: the journey home.

Your role, your impact

Lead and coordinate the engineering team assigned to onboard signalling tenders

Analyse customer requirements, identify gaps versus reference products, and define optimal technical solutions

Manage technical interfaces with customers and conduct technical clarification meetings

Assess technical risks and ensure mitigation plans are aligned with engineering teams and platforms

Establish engineering commitments related to quality, cost, delivery, planning, and risk management

Prepare and validate technical documentation and engineering assumptions for tender submissions

You’ll work with sharp, committed teams across engineering, project management and bid management - solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility.

What you bring

Engineering degree or equivalent technical background

3-5 years of experience in signalling projects





Project management experience or strong leadership capabilities

Experience working with cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams

Rail industry experience is highly valued

Fluent English communication skills

French language skills are desirable

Effective management of technical risks and engineering assumptions

On-time completion of engineering commitments and tender milestones
