Experteer Overview In this role, you will drive regional merchandising for Quince’s UK and EU womenswear, turning data and customer insights into a compelling assortment and seamless shopping experience. You’ll work cross-functionally to scale the region, balancing speed, quality, and profitability. You help shape new product opportunities and ensure successful launches with strong go-to-market execution. - Support end-to-end merchandising for selected womenswear categories in the UK u0026 EU, including assortment execution, launches, and performance tracking
- Execute regional merchandising strategy in partnership with US Product Merchandising and international peers
- Contribute to product ideation and business case development for new opportunities
- Collaborate with Product, Planning, Marketing, Design, Sourcing, and Technical Design on launches balancing inventory, go-to-market, and quality (fit, sizing, margin)
- Analyse trading performance (sales, returns, margin) and implement actions to improve results
- Assist pricing and assortment decisions for the region
- Own product catalogue management and data accuracy
- Develop site merchandising strategy and PDP improvements roadmap
- Monitor ratings, reviews,
and returns to drive product quality improvements
- Manage regional product samples and merchandising assets
- Maintain merchandising reports, tools, trackers, and pricing files
- Evaluate regional product compliance in partnership with Sourcing and Quality teamsResponsabilidades
- 8 years of retail merchandising or buying experience in womenswear with demonstrated ownership of category performance
- Experience in e-commerce and/or DTC, with exposure to startup and blue-chip brands preferred
- Proven track record of growth and progression within an organization
- Strong product awareness with commercial mindset and attention to detail
- Product-obsessed with data-driven results using external sources
- Strong analytical skills to inform trading decisions (sales, margin, returns)
- Experience working cross-functionally with Planning, Design, Sourcing, or Marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to influence with concise narrative
- Motivation for fast-paced, collaborative environments and adaptability to change
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferredRequisitos principales
